Q: How much should I order?
A: We recommend 1-2 mains and 2 sides per person.

Q: If I make a mistake, how do I make edits?
A: The best thing to do is empty your entire cart and start over

Q: What are the minimums?
A:  The minimum order for delivery is $200. No minimum order for pickup.

Q: Can I make substitutions?
A: No substitutions are available for online ordering. Any modifications are available with each item.  If you have any questions, contact our catering team at 707-927-5070. 

Q; What is the address for the pickup?
A: Orders can be picked up at Southside Century, 135 Gasser Drive, Suite B, Napa, CA 94559.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Napa, Sonoma, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga. Call for pricing and availability in the Greater Bay area.

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
A: $35 for the first 25 miles and an additional $35 for anything beyond that.

Q: How many people do the platters feed?
A: Large Platters feed 12- 15 people and Small Platters feed 4-6 people

Q: Are any of the boxed lunches gluten-free?
A: The smoked chicken salad is gluten-free. Mushroom Torta can be ordered with no bread.

Q: How far in advance can you place an order?
A: 90 days

Q: Can orders be cancelled?
A: Placed orders are final

Q: What does the food come on?
A: Eco-Compostable Platters and Bowls with serving utensils. Eco- Compostable boxes for Boxed Lunches.

Q: Are plates, silverware, or napkins included?
A: For platters, only serving utensils are included however you can order Eco-Plate & Rollups. For Boxed Lunches, it comes with packaged eco utensil set and napkin.
